When you use AgentFritz, operated by Switchboard Computing, we may collect the following information:

Account information: Email address, name, and profile details provided during registration
Authentication data: Password hashes (we never store plain-text passwords) and GitHub OAuth tokens
Conversation content: Messages you send to and receive from the AI assistant
Usage data: Token usage, feature interactions, conversation metadata, and API usage patterns
Technical data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and access timestamps
Billing information: Payment details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the AgentFritz service
Process your AI requests and deliver responses
Manage your account and subscription
Improve the quality and performance of our service
Analyze usage patterns to optimize the platform
Communicate with you about service updates, security alerts, and support
Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
Comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third parties as necessary to operate the Service:

DeepSeek API: Your conversation messages are sent to DeepSeek's API to generate AI responses. Messages are processed according to DeepSeek's privacy policy.
Stripe: Payment and billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.
GitHub: If you sign in with GitHub OAuth, we receive your public profile information and email address from GitHub.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Conversations: Stored until you delete them or delete your account
Usage logs: Retained for 90 days for analytics and abuse prevention, then automatically purged
Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account and deleted within 30 days of account deletion
Billing records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations

5. Security Measures

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including:

Encryption of data in transit (TLS/HTTPS)
Secure password hashing using bcrypt
CSRF protection and secure session management
Rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks

AgentFritz is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
